UMRIDA (Uncertainty Management for Robust Industrial Design in Aeronautics) is a collaborative project within the European Commission's Seventh Framework Programme. It involves a consortium of 21 partners from the industrial aeronautics sector, leading research institutes and universities as well as SME's.
On April 15-16th, in Delft, Netherlands, two workshops on Uncertainty Quantification (UQ) and Robust Design Methods (RDM) will be organized based on the innovative test case database including uncertainties, which is built within UMRIDA. The focus of the UMRIDA workshop on Uncertainty Quantification (UQ) lies on the application of UQ techniques to test cases with a large number of uncertainties. DATADVANCE will participate in the quantitative challenge and will solve open test cases using UQ methods available in pSeven.
Besides the challenge participation, DATADVANCE will contribute with a presentation on the application of UQ to industrial relevant configuration.
